This morning, it was gratifying to read FB feed comments from three different continents picking up on lessons from my presentations. Am thinking of a new tag line 😂 ... Shelagh Donnelly: Transforming assistants’ and their executives’ cyber practices, one scare at a time! Today, though, I’ll be doing anything but scaring assistants. Here at @apccanada #apcwest conference in my home town, I’ll be working with them on self advocacy, self-promotion and negotiating on your own behalf. We began the evening at @thewhitleyhotel before making our way to @poncecitymarket - which represents revitalization of the city’s historic Sears, Roebuck & Co. building. From there, we made our way past other local landmarks such as the iconic Bank of America skyscraper, said to be the 107th tallest building on the planet, and Coca Cola’s corporate office before enjoying more great company and food (swordfish 😋) at The #Optimist fish camp and oyster bar.
