Weekend Poll: Are You Friends with Social Media?

This morning, I’ve been following two international conferences – one in London’s Bloomsbury Hotel, and the other in Milan, Italy.

EPAA 2016 Conference Adam FidlerVictoria Darragh and her dedicated board members have brought together a strong group of admin. professionals from around the UK to attend today’s EPPA’s “Together Towards Tomorrow” conference.

Here in Vancouver, I was able to catch these glimpses (courtesy of Louise Whitehead) of the London crowd intently focused on Adam Fidler and his presentation.

In Italy, meanwhile, the Valessi sisters – Vania and Jessica – and their Secretary.IT association are welcoming 200 management assistants to their conference today.

Just a week or so ago, I saw some incredible desert fun (ice cream, Anel?) when people gathered in Dubai for some serious learning. I joined in the hundreds following the Executive Secretary LIVE: Dubai conference  hosted by Lucy Brazier and Executive Secretary Magazine.

How so? Through three or four forms of social media. As someone who resisted dipping more than a (blog-related) toe in the Facebook world until very recently, I’ll readily acknowledge that I’m glad to have become more active on this particular channel … and that leads us to this weekend’s question:

What forms of social media do you use?

Please take a couple of minutes to complete the poll below, and I’ll publish results next Tuesday. “Select” whichever responses apply, and remember to CLICK on the “VOTE” ICON AFTER EACH QUESTION.

I look forward to hearing what you have to say, and it will be interesting to check back and see how your responses compare to others’. Check back Tuesday for the results of this poll.
