A thought for your day, featuring photography from my travels. This shot: New norms are taking shape everywhere, and Vancouver is no exception. Here’s a look at our waterfront last night, with a peek at our spectacular Kitsilano (Kits) Pool. The pool stretches along the beach of the same name, will reopen next week for the first time since last summer. This saltwater pool was a make-work project during the Dirty Thirties. At 137 meters or 449.5 feet, it’s the longest pool in North America.
