A thought for your day, featuring photography from my travels. This shot: This is Thanksgiving Day in Canada, though many of us enjoy the special dinner on Sunday and have leftovers – and a quieter pace! – today. Saturday’s walk found me in Shaughnessy Park for the second time this week, to capture vibrant colours of one particularly spectacular tree. There was a crowd of 20 or so people beneath it Wednesday, so I was especially grateful for the clearing of soggy skies Saturday afternoon.
