Well, this has proven to be an unusual year.

Just as you’ve done with your own schedule, I’ve edited mine – and this page! –  more than a few times in recent months. Since good assistants continue to learn, and I love what I do, I’m now delivering training via webinars.

I’m tailoring presentations to suit organisational needs for specific client events, and am also making live webinars available for public registration.
