Berry Smoothie

We’re all busy, and many of us find it easy to forgo breakfast, but smoothies represent a great start to the day. You can prep them the night before, and whip them up again as you’re preparing to head out the door in the morning. If you’ve not yet been inclined to include greens in your smoothies, you might want to start with a simple treat of orange juice, yogurt and berries.

You say you don’t like yogurt? Buy the Greek style, start up your blender, and add the yogurt to your smoothies in increments – a bit more each batch. Watch yourself soon craving this nutrituious and quick start to your day.

Using the ingredients below, I easily have three breakfasts readily in hand.
