I’ve been following Julie Montagu’s The Flexi Foodie blog for some time now, and appreciate her informed insights. This American transplant to the UK studied plant-based nutrition at Cornell University, earned certification in NYC as a Holistic Health Counsellor, and is also a certified yoga instructor.
