Wednesday’s Word: C-Suite

With recognition that a strong vocabulary forms an important element of your personal brand and success in the workplace, Wednesday’s Word (or, in this case, term) this week is c-suite.

Membership in your organisation’s C-suite may evolve in years ahead, as some companies have begun to recruit Chief Data Officers (CDOs), whose roles include analyses of data from a strategic perspective. CDOs can contribute significantly to development of strategic planning.

Chief Security Officers (CSOs), meanwhile, are involved in development and testing of business continuity plans. They are responsible for digital security in addition to the more traditional aspects of physical security.
