Weekend Poll Results: Guess Which of Your Skills Are Most Valued?

On Friday afternoon, I posed the first question in this new feature. With thanks to everyone who participated in Exceptional EA’s first Friday Forum/Weekend Poll, here are the results.

Palais Garnier 2014-3072 Copyright Shelagh DonnellyThe question: How do you shine in the workplace?

In other words, which of your skills do you think your executive or employer most values in you?

The ask: Participants were asked to identify up to three skills from a list of 13 options.

The results

Have you had such a conversation with your boss, to ensure you’re both on the same page? This informal poll may serve as a good starting point for such discussions.
