It shouldn’t come as a surprise, but how is it that this weekend marks the middle of December already? Are your evenings and weekends frantic with recitals, concerts or social events? Or are you enjoying cherished respites from all the buzz of activity?

As the holidays draw near, I’m looking forward to curling up and enjoying a few classic movies. Some are Christmas-themed, but that needn’t be the case. It seems that The Sound of Music, for example, somehow finds its way into many living rooms each December. That leads me to ask:
