We’re sharing our recipes, not necessarily with friends and family from our own cities, but with friends and peers from locations around the globe. This entry in Exceptional EA’s 2015 cookie exchange is no cookie, but a luxurious fruit-filled Italian cake called Panettone. It comes from Michela Luoni, who went to a fair bit of effort on the translation front, and to adapt her recipe to one that includes ingredients she thought other readers in different countries could readily find.
