Weekend Poll Results: Checking in on Progress With 2016 Goals, Resolutions

With thanks to all who are participating, here are the results of this past weekend’s poll, which I’ve now closed. This poll’s focus:

Have you established goals or resolutions for 2016? How are you doing so far?
The results:

People are trying. They’re also open in their self-assessments as to progress. Respondents report a high level of activity in dropping unwanted habits or routines, and almost half were able to report sticking to their goals or resolutions without wavering. Another 22% have been doing so for the most part.

When we set strategies in the workplace, we often establish target dates and identify metrics (measures) by which to measure success. Are people adapting these same approaches to achieving their goals, or keeping their resolutions? Read on, and you’ll learn how your peers are doing.

  1. I’m not seeing everyone’s posts consistently but so far I’m achieving one of my goals! It will probably take me 6 months to achieve this goal but I’m on my way!

    • Good on you, Laura! It takes perserverance and a map/strategy, doesn’t it? Six months will fly!

      • Sure does. But I have a plan and hopefully can execute it most of the time lol.

      • … and having that plan, and acting on it, mean that you will execute, Laura. 🙂
