Weekend Poll: Meaningful Recognition for Admin. Professionals

In many offices this month, there’s a bit of extra recognition going around for administrative professionals. European counterparts mark Management Assistants’ (MA’s) Day this week, while Administrative Professionals (am aching to toss in an apostrophe, but it appears not part of the formal name) Day 2016 will be marked elsewhere on April 27.

Do you and your colleagues mark the occasion? If you’ve read my article of a couple of years ago, Admin. Professionals’ Day: Moving Beyond Cards and Flowers, you’ll  already know where I stand on the matter. I’m curious, though, as to what’s done in your workplace, and what meaningful recognition looks like to you. That leads to the core of this Weekend Poll:

What Do You Think of the Recognition Given to Admin. Professionals Each April?

Please take a couple of minutes to complete the poll below, and I’ll publish results next Tuesday. Note that these questions relate specifically to the annual recognition of this career, rather than recognition in general.

“Select” whichever responses apply, and remember to CLICK on the golden “VOTE” ICON AFTER EACH QUESTION.
