If you follow American politics, you’ll know that email has been in the news lately, and not in a good way.  Political parties aside, email is also a hot topic on the basis of just how much time it consumes in today’s offices.

Letter Openers Replaced by Mice: Readers who were in the workforce when memos and letters were the dominant form of written business communications would likely be hard pressed to imagine your “in” basket of a few years ago containing as many hard copy communications in a full week as your monitor now does in a single day.
