It seems that more than a few people are contemplating admin. professionals’ compensation of late.

Last week, in New Orleans for IAAP’s Summit 2017, fellow speaker Bonnie Low-Kramen asked me if I’d consider publishing a Weekend Poll focused on readers’ salary levels. Since returning home, I’ve been mulling over how to do the topic justice given that salaries will vary not only from one sector to another, but also in different regions and countries. On top of that, readers hold different roles that will command a range of salaries.

What about bonuses?

Then, this week, I had the opportunity to get together with Real Careers alumna MistiLynn Lokken. This conversation also turned to the topic of compensation.
