Weekend Poll: Is a Job Change in Your Future?

This poll is now closed. You can find the results by clicking here.

In the last couple of months, I’ve seen one assistant celebrate a milestone of service at her office – and another pull up stakes and move to an entirely new organisation after well over a decade with her previous employer.

I’m also in touch with readers who have made career changes not by choice, but by circumstance. Performance was not an issue in any of these instances. These assistants’ previous positions were terminated or, as, UK readers would say, made redundant, and a severance or redundancy package was involved.

Career changes are part of the focus of my upcoming book, and I’d love to know what readers around the globe think about career stability and the likelihood that you’ll remain in your current job for the forseeable future.

That leads to the focus of my latest Weekend Poll:

Is a job change in your forseeable future?

Best-for-mePlease take a couple of minutes to complete the poll below, and I’ll publish results in the week ahead.
