– about the photo accompanying today’s quote: On the last day of winter, after sitting almost 16 hours enroute to Amsterdam, I needed to get outdoors and walk. I came across and love this bridge, which is six tons of steel that was 3-D printed and installed in 2021. It’s known as the MX3D Smart Bridge, and is situated in Oudezijds Achterburgwal, aloso known as the Red Light District.
