Identify people you admire; study and learn from those who hold roles that reflect your aspirations.
Study how those people communicate. Observe how they respond to challenges and opportunities.
Identify their habits, strengths and other factors (including wardrobe) in their success.
While always staying true to yourself, strive to emulate or incorporate the best of those successful individuals’ attributes in your approach to your career.
