THE COURSE
Do you work alongside C-level leaders, or aspire to such a role? This is a two-part course that will deepen your understanding of how strategic plans are developed, communicated and ultimately brought to life. Youโll explore the stages, timelines and roles in strategic planning, with real world examples of how organizations communicate elements of their completed plans to engage internal and external communities. Youโll learn about factors that can strengthen or undermine the planning process (and the plan itself), and how we mitigate such risks.
This course examines both board and management roles, including the boardโs role in testing assumptions, asking the right questions and more. As we delve into a faux planning process using two different GenAI models, youโll be encouraged to think critically about AI’s place in strategic planning.
Weโll wrap up with a focus on you, how youโre perceived, and your visibility. This acumen-building course will help elevate your strategic credibility and identify plan-aligned impacts you can make once an approved plan is in place.
