Even if your executive’s management style incorporates regular connection with employees, it’s difficult for one person to know it all. There are degrees of separation, and colleagues or clients may be reluctant to deliver unpopular news that may be critical to corporate or personal success.

This is one of the reasons that mutual trust and respect are so critical to your working partnership with your executive or principal.
