Well, that was quick!
While in Paris two days ago, I published my December e-newsletter with an offer of a complimentary webinar early in the new year. I arrived home late last night (after a plane load of people waited almost two hours for an airline to get our luggage from the plane to a carousel) from travels in England and Europe, and planned to further share word of this free webinar here today on my website and then on my Instagram and LinkedIn feeds.

As has been my tradition for the past few years, I wind down each year by offering a complimentary webinar as a way of giving back to our community.
This year, I’ve again extended my end of year offer, while adjusting timing. I launched registration December 12th, and am hosting this complimentary webinar on Wednesday, January 10/24. I’m guessing you have a lot on your plate right now, as do I. It was just last Saturday that I delivered my last in person presentation of the year, in The Netherlands. This was another engaged and engaging group, and we followed the presentation with a wonderful Christmas party. Thank you, IMA Netherlands, for that invitation!
I extended the offer from Paris, at the tail end of three weeks away in five countries. I’ve been combining speaking engagements with travel and visits with good friends for whom I’m grateful.

In this live webinar, I’m offering tips and strategies you can deploy in conversations with individual stakeholders and when it comes to public speaking.
The value of this live session would normally be $150 US, and the impact it can have on your career can be far more substantial. That is in great part up to you, and the extent to which you incorporate the tips and strategies I’ll share. When I published word of this January 10th webinar, I encouraged interested people to sign up promptly, as spaces were limited.
This morning, as I began to prepare this post, I checked to see how many spots were still available … and found all one hundred complimentary spaces had already been snagged! You may have noticed I’ve not offered public webinars since early this year. Following a family loss, I stepped away from speaking and training for a few months, and returned when I knew I was able to do justice to my clients and their needs.
Since returning, I’ve been preparing for and speaking at an almost non-stop series of events, including webinars for a corporation and some professional associations, and in person speaking engagements in Florida, Las Vegas, Vancouver, Sydney, Australia and (interestingly) Sidney, BC … followed by my recent travels and engagements, which began in late November. As mentioned, I delivered my last presentation of 2023 this past weekend. With all these engagements, and the time and care involved in researching and developing a number of new presentations, it’s not been practical to offer public webinars this autumn.
