We’ve all wrapped up another fiscal quarter at our respective organisations, and it’s a good opportunity to pause and reflect on personal progress with goals and resolutions we’ve established for 2016.
Many people find that identifying strategies/actions to achieve goals is a good first step. Pausing every once in a while to assess our progress is another, and so this represents our fourth quarterly check-in for 2016. I invited readers to offer your thoughts at the outset of 2016, and then again in April and June. When I publish the results on Tuesday, I’ll include quarterly comparisons of your responses to all four 2016 polls on this topic.
As we approach the home stretch of this year, it’s a good time to look at the directions your career and goals have taken this past quarter. This weekend’s question:
