Three out of four have set goals for 2018
… and 41% of respondents have already developed strategies or an action plan to achieve such goals, with another 44% working on it.
Communicating your goals to others is another way to increase your level of accountability. As of mid-January, 48% of respondents have made their goals known to others; another 7% said they’ve either have done so, or will be communicating their goals this week.
What about metrics?
Good question. 65% of respondents have identified timelines within which to achieve the results they want. 58% of you have established metrics by which you can measure success.
I’ll be writing more about goal setting in the weeks ahead. For now, have a look at the data below.
